Duration: 4 Hours – Some online coursework required before class
Intended Audience: The AHA BLS certification class is for: Nurses, Doctors, Firefighters, EMTs, Hospital/Clinic personnel, Dental Workers, or anyone interested in the healthcare field. Nearly all Healthcare workers are required to have at least this BLS class. Skills include: Providing CPR for adults, children and infants, using an Automated External Defibrillator and relieving choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
Please note that all of our BLS classes are delivered in the American Heart Association blended learning format. You will receive instructions to watch the course videos and take the written test prior to your practical/hands-on session. Upon successful completion you will receive an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider certification valid for 2 years.
